How much notice do you need?
Usually around 7-10 days, book early to avoid disappointment.

Is there a nasty smell?
All of Oven Shine's own brand solutions are odour free and totally safe to you, your family and pets. There is no need to "Burn Off" anything once we have left, leaving you free to use your oven straight away, if you want to that is.

How often should I have my oven cleaned?
This totally depends on you and how good you are in between visits.  The majority of our customers have us back every 4-6 months although for others a yearly visit is sufficient.  We will gladly advise you on the day.

Do you have insurance?
Yes, every member of the Oven Shine team has full public liability insurance.

Can you fix my oven?
No.  We are very good cleaners but we are not appliance engineers.  We are happy to point you in the right direction but do not undertake any repair work ourselves.
